We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/Porter to join our team in Coleville

**No experience necessary**

Full-time, Monday–Friday position (w/ on-call rotation)

Starting at $22/hr.

PLUS BONUSES   

As a Liberty Military Housing Service Technician I, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must possess a valid driver's license.  Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle or electrical cart.

Must be available for regular on-call work assignments/emergency calls, work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required.

Must be able to arrive at the property for on-call service requests within 60 minutes.
