Project Coordinator (Culver City, CA 90232) Design & detailing concepts defined by PM/PA; Assist in overseeing the design and detailing process; Assist in communicating directions; Coordinate drawings and specifications. Bachelor's degree in architecture; environmental design or interior design and 6 months of work experience. Lighting Design certificate required. Strong graphic and oral design communication skills, including the ability to produce 3-D presentation drawings; Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; Auto Cad, Rhino 3D modeling software as well as multiple of its plug-ins (Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape); Prior experience working on commercial projects from concept design through construction documentation; Prior experience specifying architectural finishes, accessories, and lighting fixtures; Prior experience evaluating and documenting existing site conditions in the form of as-built drawings.
