OPERATIONS DIVISION DIRECTORSt. Ignatius TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT The successful applicant must have a Bachelors degree inhealth, business, or public service. Masters degree in theseareas preferred. Five years of operational management or10 years of medical office management experience. Experiencewith federal and Tribal programs is preferred. Experience with Federally Qualified Community Health Centers is preferred.Must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630, the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. Must possess a valid drivers license.All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy ofacademic transcript/degree, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from afederally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claimingveterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATIONWILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURINGTHE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subject to random drug testing.The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve amandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is$40.80 - $46.90 per hour, plus benefits, may be employed under contract.
