RESIDENT CARE AIDETRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (12 Hour, Night Shift) Polson The successful applicant must be at least 18 years of age, must possess a valid drivers license, and a High School diploma orgeneral education (GED) preferred, as well as: Level 1: Lessthan 4 years experience of caring for elders. Prefer CPR,first aid and Dementia Care Certification training but notrequired, must obtain within 6 months of hire, training availableby CSKT Tribal Health. Level 2: 5 or more years of experienceof caring for elders OR is a Certified Nursing Assistant with nowork experience. Prefer CPR, first aid and Dementia Care Certification training but not required, must obtain within6 months of hire, training available by CSKT Tribal Health.Level 3: 10 or more years of experience of caring for elders O Ris a Certified Nursing Assistant with 5 years of work experience. Prefer CPR, first aid and Dementia Care Certification trainingbut not required, must obtain within 6 months of hire, trainingavailable by CSKT Tribal Health. All applicants must submit aTribal application, a copy of academic transcript/degree,certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribalpreference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference,a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT INDISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS.This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) withinthe definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subjectto random drug testing.
