As a Word Stream Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business, by making contact with Senior Executives and Marketing Managers at Marketing Agencies throughout the United States and Canada. The role is hybrid, 3 days at our office in Dedham, MA that offer free daily breakfast and 2pm small bites. We come in Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with remote work on Tuesday and Friday.

A little about the role...

• Conduct high volume prospecting (80-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media from Word Stream's Lead Database
• Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives and Management to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
• Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Account Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for a partnership with Word Stream
• Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
• Learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives
• Help Large Agencies realize the profitability of Managing PPC at scale
• Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great sales person, leader and executive

Requirements

• Previous sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career

The hourly rate for this role will range between $20.00 and $26.45. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
