CLINIC NURSE (ASN Level 1 4, BSN Level 1 - 4) TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Polson)(1 or more positions) The successful applicant must have Completion of a nursingdegree from an accredited program, associates degree (ASN)or bachelors degree (BSN). Current Montana State RN License, Basic Life Support certification (for level 1,2 required); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (for Level 2 (preferred), Level 3(required)). Existing or new National Provider Number.Valid Drivers License. ASN: Level 1. New graduate from theprogram to 3 years of experience; Level 2. 3-5 years ofexperience; Level 3. 5-10 years of experience; Level 4.10-15 years of experience. BSN: Level 1. New graduate fromthe program to 3 years of experience; Level 2. 3-5 years ofexperience; Level 3. 5-10 years of experience; Level 4.10-15 years of experience. Preferred experience: Knowledgewith confidential departments. Experienced with electronichealth record applications, Medical terminology andunderstanding healthcare workflows. Knowledge of electronicprescribing programs and software. Knowledge of behavioralhealth software and documentation processes. All applicantsmust be proficient and have a strong working knowledge ofelectronic health record systems, clinical software, and Microsoft Office applications. All applicants must submit aTribal application, copy of degree or academic transcripts, andtraining certificates, copy of current licensure, a copy of currentvalid drivers license, proof of enrollment from a federallyrecognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteranspreference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULTIN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THESCREENING PROCESS. This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employedby the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test.
