Seasonal Labor Positions

The Hillsdale County Road Commission is accepting applications for seasonal labor positions for the 2025 summer season.

The seasonal positions include but not limited to roadside mowers, laborers, pothole patching, flagging, sealcoat helpers, janitorial, yard and facility maintenance.

These seasonal positions are usually 40 hours per week and available for up to 5 months maximum. Roadside mower operators shall have experience operating farm tractors. The rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. No fringe benefits. Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. All offers will be contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen. Please fill out an application on our website.
