Administrative Trainee - Diversity Equity and Inclusion State of Connecticut Judicial Branch East Hartford The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee who, under the direction of an employee of a higher grade, will assist with duties of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Unit to develop and deliver training programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices, and they will be able to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting with community outreach efforts, website management, and the planning and coordination of cultural observances and events. Salary Range: $66,558 - $85,778/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.
