Maintenance Director

South Pekin Grade School District 137 is seeking a 1st shift maintenance director. Anticipated pay will be $19-21 an hour and will be determined by education/experience. This is a 12-month position with hours being 7am-3pm. Must have strong communication skills and oversee all maintenance and preventative maintenance procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to: carrying out cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. Sanitizing and disinfecting restrooms, common areas and high touch points, cleaning windows, glass and mirrors. Adhere to all health and safety protocols within the building and grounds.
