Queensbury Elementary School is recruiting quality applicants for a full-time vacancy as a Speech Therapist.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.

Provide therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

**Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy through professional development.

Requirements:

Valid New York State Certification: Speech or Speech & Language Disabilities (all grades) or Speech & Hearing Handicapped
