Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator

We are a residential builder in Waunakee and seeking a full-time Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and assist onsite guests - the face of the company starts with you.
• Answer inbound telephone calls.
• Implement organized filing system.
• Perform all other office tasks.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
• Maintain all intercompany social media accounts.
• Exceptional marketing skills a plus.

Qualifications:

• Pervious experience in office administration other related fields.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong English language comprehension.
• Strong attention to details.
