Excel Construction Company, LLC, a General Contractor is seeking subcontractors and supplier proposals for the Magnolia Ridge III project in Stillwater, OK. The project consists of (3) 12 unit, multi-family apartments . 15,054 S.F. per complex. All Construction trades needed. Plans and specifications will be available and may be obtained from Excel Construction.
