The Recording Secretary to the Municipal Land Use Board is responsible for all administrative functions associated with the Land Use Board.  The Secretary channels all applications, arranges hearings, publishes legal notices, and maintains minutes of meeting.  The Secretary also performs all of the daily administrative duties of the board and reports to the Chair of the Planning Board, the Municipal Administrator, the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, and the Members of the Governing Body.
