STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Massachusetts College of Art and Design (Mass Art) seeks a dynamic and strategic Director of Individual Giving to lead the college's efforts in securing major gifts from individual donors. This front-line fundraising role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors capable of making five- and six-figure gifts in support of student scholarships, college programs and initiatives, and an upcoming endowment campaign. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven and relationship-focused professional with a strong track record of securing significant and transformative gifts, developing donor strategies, and partnering with institutional leadership, faculty, and key stakeholders to advance philanthropy during an exceptionally exciting time at Mass Art.
