Job Description:


Application Management:


  • Oversee enterprise applications, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Perform regular maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and monitoring application environments.


Operational Support:


  • Diagnose and resolve complex break-fix issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining application health.
  • Act as a lead responder for Priority 1 incidents, driving resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Leverage tools like New Relic to monitor application performance and generate actionable insights.


Leadership:


  • Own, drive, and provide status updates for strategic projects across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transitions from project delivery to operations.


Development & Innovation:


  • Assist teams in designing and delivering innovative application features and solutions.
  • Contribute to automating operational tasks.


Team Leadership:


  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with peers, leaders, and stakeholders.


Target Years of Exp:


  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications engineering or a related role.


Top 5 Must Haves:


  • Advanced proficiency in Power Platform, WordPress, and server/systems administration (Windows and Linux).
  • Proven experience handling Priority 1 incidents and operational break-fix issues.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring tools like New Relic.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams.
