Job Summary

NetApp is looking for an experienced marketing specialist to provide support and expertise for NetApp's Cyber Resilience (CyRes) Solutions Marketing team, working in close alignment with peers in Corporate Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Product Management, and Solution Engineering organizations. You will be part of a fast-moving, highly motivated cross organizational team who tackle challenging and impactful problems. This IC position will require leadership, frequent communication, and interactions with various levels across the entire NetApp organization. We are looking for a driven individual to take on the responsibilities to support the efforts of the Product and Solutions Marketing organization and strategic team goals for NetApp's CyRes solutions and impact our business within all of our Cyber Resilience offerings.

Job Responsibilities

* Content creation: Your role would be to help with many of our primary deliverables which include persona development, solution narrative and messaging, customer presentations, sales enablement content, white papers, blogs, web copy, and solution briefs, customized for the target audience

* Work closely with leadership team, Technologists, Product Management, Corporate Marketing (AR/PR, Revenue Marketing, Content Marketing), external Alliance Partners, and Sales teams to ensure alignment across the organization and support the execution of a consolidated outbound marketing plan

* Support effective execution and measurement of the marketing plan for the CyRes solution across demand-gen, events, trainings, and online content

* Support creation of data-driven and meaningful metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and highlight important wins

Job Requirements

* Strong skills for learning concepts toward competence in Cyber Resilience, including data protection, disaster recovery, anti-ransomware, data governance, and data storage architectures

* Experience in the Cyber Resilience ecosystem (cloud and/or on-premises) and related personas such as corporate security preferred

* Organized with great attention to detail and the ability to write and express complex ideas clearly

* Strategy focused and goal oriented, with excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute high quality work

* Proactive, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

* Self-motivated, energetic and agile with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions and share meaningful metrics

* Quick learner in a complex and technically minded environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Competency in presenting and public speaking with peers, leadership team, alliance partners, and customers

* Understanding of the data storage competitive landscape within the CyRes industry

* 4+ years in solution marketing or related field

* BS in Engineering, Statistics, or comparable background

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 116,280 - 173,030 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
