To perform diverse secretarial and administrative duties for corporate officer which, by nature of the superior's position, involves high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgement.

Makes arrangements for and coordinates conferences and meetings; arrange business itineraries and coordinates executive's travel requirements.

Schedules appointments and coordinates meetings with internal and external executives, vendors, customers, and employees.

Relieves executive of various administrative details using initiative and judgement to ensure matters requiring attention are referred to delegated authority.

Reads/reviews executive's email and routes/delegates as required.

Assists telephone callers by referring them to executive or other appropriate person as circumstances warrant.

Sorts, read, and annotates incoming mail, and composes correspondence and reports for own or executive's signature as directed.

Maintains budget and expense account records, financial records and confidential files.

Researches and abstracts information and supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects and reports as required.

Takes action authorized during executive's absence and uses initiative and judgement to see that matters requiring attention are referred to delegated authority or handled in a matter so as to minimize effect of employer's absence.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/GED. Minimum five (5) years as an Administrative Assistant & one (1) year supporting a Managing Director or above. PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software. Must be able to use a computer keyboard effectively. Good spelling, punctuation, English grammar and administrative skills. Ability to operate office equipment. Ability to compose correspondence for officer's signature. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for superior's review and/or action. Excellent oral and written communication skills for successful interface with all levels of management.

Pay Transparency Los Angeles, CA: $60,000.00 - $116,882.40

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
