Core Responsibilities Floater production employee handle materials and uses hand tools, knives machinery and equipment to help deliver good food responsibly to America's dinner table. This position performs is constantly rotation and physically performs demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strength and stamina. Team members must be able to work schedule hours, which may include mandatory overtime depending upon production demands. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Must be able to follow all the safety rules provided by the company on how to flip different kinds of switches and techniques for pushing trees. Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 pounds and push trees up to 800 pounds on a regular basis; exerting up to 60+ pounds of force.
