Upward Bound Project Director Permanent, Full-Time Minnesota North College is seeking to fill the permanent full-time position of Upward Bound Project Director at the Hibbing Campus. This position is responsible for total planning and implementation of all aspects of the Upward Bound Program (TRIO Upward Bound is funded through the U.S. Dept. of Education, serving eligible participants from three target schools).
