Shift: Day

Schedule:

-Monday through Friday, 8am - 4: 30pm

-Saturday, 8am - 12pm (Rotational Basis)

Requirements:

-Oklahoma PT License Required

-CPR Required

-Inpatient and/or Outpatient Experience Preferred
