  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

The HHS Facilities Planner function is the hub from which all maintenance activity is coordinated. It involves a broad spectrum of TMS activity. In performance of duties, HHS Facilities Planner:

  • Will be the principal contact and liaison between campus facilities leadership and other supported departments. In this capacity, ensure that all internal beneficiaries of maintenance receive timely, efficient and quality service.
  • They also take a continuing interest in internal needs.
  • With keen awareness of the situation (schedule, problems, etc.), they will be able to help campus facilities leadership balance their need for TMS work order daily output with their need of equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
  • Is responsible for analysis of long-range as well as short-range planning. Long-range planning involves the regular analysis of TMS backlog relative to available resources.
  • These two basic variables must be kept in balance if a proactive maintenance environment is to be established and sustained.
  • Position includes 20% travel and ability to work remotely 40%.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.

  • Valid OK Driver's License
