Join our team as a social media and Content Specialist in our largest growth geography and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. You will focus on crafting compelling content and amplifying our brand's voice across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Your contributions will directly drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and elevate our brand to new heights in the Americas.

In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic communications and marketing team, both locally and globally, to ensure our message resonates powerfully with our target audience. Join our Marketing Communications department, as our new Social Media and Content Specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role

  • SoMe Strategy development support: Collaborates with the Regional Communications and Marketing Director and PR/Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the target audiences in the Americas.
  • Content Creation: Support our Campaign Localization Manager and PR/Media Manager by creating, curating, and managing engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Campaign localization support: Working with the Campaign Localization Manager, plan and execute social media campaigns to support the localization of global marketing initiatives.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in the Americas. Foster a positive and active online community for the region.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manages an optimal posting schedule.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Suggest new strategies to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Paid Social Media: Manage and optimize local paid social to increase reach and engagement. Monitor budgets and performance metrics.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex information into engaging search engine optimized content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a global organization.
  • Familiarity with the cultural and social media landscape of the Americas.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools.
  • Multilingual abilities, Spanish.

Salary Transparency Statement

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $68,700 and $85,900. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
