We are seeking a skilled Industrial Pump Mechanic to join our team in Joplin, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair and
maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Tear down equipment, utilizing manufacturer's recommendations and industry best practices
Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage
Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure
Provide information on parts and additional work required
Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment, clean parts &
reassemble, test and record all applicable data
Complete information in reports as required
Paint and prepare equipment for shipment
Clean and organize shop as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
