HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

This role is at the intersection of business and technology working with cross functional teams to drive alignment, visibility, and efficient execution of the US Deposits Roadmap.



  • Partner extensively with colleagues in engineering, business, operations, risk, and compliance to allow for seamless execution
  • Solicit stakeholder input and coordinate amongst multiple groups to inform the roadmap and track progress towards key milestones and deliverables
  • Drive executional excellence, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives and framing decisions around business drivers, scope, time, cost and quality
  • Take complete ownership of projects and initiatives, carefully managing business case, scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and interim milestones
  • Document how the project scope will be defined, managed, controlled, verified and communicated to the project team, stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage, plan and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are identified, documented and accomplished within agreed schedules and recognized constraints.
  • Lead projects and ensure standard project artifacts are created, tracked, and reported to measure project milestones at every stage including Scope/Initiation, project plan, requirements, governance, testing, go/no go checklists, go live checklists and post implementation reviews.
  • Generate weekly program level reporting across all projects managed and develop communications plans to ensure project sponsors and stakeholders are informed of status, risks and issues
  • Lead structured meetings focused on driving forward progress, and eliminating blockers
  • Develop and deliver necessary presentations including supporting documentation to all levels throughout the organization.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-directed team player, ability to drive high performance and work independently or in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of detail and urgency, with the ability to motivate others to deliver
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and program management skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example, with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment and comfort with ambiguity


Preferred Qualifications



  • Banking and/or Fintech experience ideally in an agile product development environment
  • Experience with SmartSheets and/or JIRA portfolio
