Minimum Qualifications:





  • Degree: Diploma.



  • Education: Graduate from an accredited high school; acceptability granted by the United States Air Force.



  • Experience: Language Requirement: HCW shall read, understand, speak, and write both German and English and may be required to speak German, Dutch, and English depending on place of assignment. Demonstrations of ability to meet personnel language requirements may be requested and may be by any method determined reasonable by the contracting officer.

Required Skills/Abilities



  • Provide a significant service as a translator between the German and Dutch health care providers and American medical health care beneficiaries. All languages should be spoken with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary pronunciation effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical and professional topics.



  • Understanding in medical vocabulary is required.



  • Patient liaison services maybe required at various locations within the local commuting area.
