As a key member of the Growth division's senior management team, the Senior Director of Sales and Business Development will provide comprehensive leadership for Candid's overall sales strategy through key sales channel partners, day to day management of the sales team, and internal collaboration cross-divisionally. Position: Senior Director of Sales and Business Development Reporting to: Vice President of Growth Supervises: Sales team Schedule: 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday Location: Flexible. In-person attendance is expected during our annual, weeklong all-staff summit. Additionally, participation for in-person meetings is expected at least once per year for most employees, and at least once per quarter for senior leaders. Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus eligibility for commission (the base salary range is for the NYC area and will be adjusted for other localities; additionally, factors like skills and experience will be considered).
