Purchasing Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

As Purchasing Analyst, this individual will be responsible for the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of critical supply chain information that positively impacts purchasing, planning, logistic and inventory management process performance of Cytek Biosciences, Inc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

• Learn and comply with policies and procedures set forth by departmental standard of procedures and work instructions.
• Extract and analyze purchasing, planning, logistic and master data from ERP and Product Life Cycle systems.
• Develop data management process and maintain SharePoint files for reporting.
• Build Power BI dashboards for purchasing and inventory monitoring and executive reporting.
• Lead standard cost updates process with purchasing and finance teams.
• Work with planning and warehouse teams to assess global supply chain status.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance ERP functionalities and automate workflows.
• Monthly KPI update and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent
• 1-3 years of data analysis and/or project management experience within a forward thinking, fast paced and value-adding environment.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Analytical, strong business acumen, enthusiastic, tenacious and a team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and NetSuite, and Product Life Cycle systems such as Propel and Agile.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g.- Power BI / Tableau)
• Programming / Data Science & Analytics knowledge (e.g.- Python / VBA / SQL)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
