Threat Finance SME

***This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.***

The Threat Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) will perform in-depth target threat finance analysis by utilizing tool sets to reveal entities of interest, determine lifestyle patterns, and provide detailed background information for USSOCOM networks. The SME will develop and maintain collaborative relationships with intelligence partners and serve as a liaison to various departments and entities related to terrorist threat finance. They will analyze multiple data sources and employ analytical protocols to identify and characterize terrorist financial networks and individuals or networks of interest. The Threat Finance SME will also assist in intelligence product development and provide input to routine reporting requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.

Threat Finance SME Responsibilities Include:
* Perform in-depth target threat finance analysis using available tools and data sources
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with intelligence partners
* Serve as a liaison to Department of State, Department of Commerce, Department of Treasury, and other related entities
* Utilize threat finance products for fraud detection, prevention of illegal financial activities, and identification of terrorist financial networks
* Utilize available technologies to enhance all-source analysis
* Assist in intelligence product development and contribute to routine reporting requirements
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Threat Finance SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
* MBA or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. BA/BS considered with multiple years of directly related experience.
* Minimum seven (7) years' experience working for or with federal agencies on matters related to terrorist threat finance.
* Demonstrated knowledge of commercial finance, banking regulations, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities.
* Familiarity with institutional banking/brokerage products and services.
* Proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis.
* Understanding of CT, IC agencies, DoD entities, USSOCOM, and their mission sets.
* Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and machine learning.
* Valid US passport and ability to pass pre-deployment requirements.
* Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
