If so, this could be the role for you! Mimecast is hiring for a Lead of GTM Manager Enablement. This newly created role will focus on designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive program to upskill our front-line managers. Critical to this work will be the development and use of AI and agents to scale and increase the impact of our managers. The program will enhance leadership capabilities, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drive operational excellence during this pivotal transformation phase. What You'll Do:
