Technology Architect - Google Dialog Flow

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Cloud Platform, Node.js, Python and various Google Dialog Flow tools. The role requires expertise in Agent Set-up and Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable solutions using Google Cloud Platform Node.js and Python.
• Develop and maintain applications using Google Dialog Flow ES CX and CCAI Platform.
• Integrate Google Agent Assist Google Insights and Google Info Bot into existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in Life and Annuities Insurance.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Google Cloud Platform Node.js and Python.
• Have hands-on experience with Google Dialog Flow ES CX and CCAI Platform.
• Demonstrate expertise in Google Agent Assist Google Insights and Google Info Bot.
• Exhibit knowledge in Agent Set-up and Life and Annuities Insurance.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Possess strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
