Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Request Fulfilment - identifying reusable patterns, validating use cases and collaborating with BU on over 100+ M365 requests
• Defining and building an M365 Application Integration dashboard presenting all the diverse integrations
• Identify BU Champions and confirm roles & responsibilities
• Centralized repository of any information related to M365
• Consultation & Expertise with M365 Integration activities
• Creating and refining an intake model via ServiceNow to funnel all requests with decision matrix

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
