The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic leadership key stakeholders management and portfolio & project management (PPM). The role requires domain expertise in claims and involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. This position does not require travel. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed standards and client expectations.
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of projects within the claims domain.
- Provide direction and support to project teams to ensure successful delivery of portfolio and project management (PPM) initiatives.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction with service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery processes and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the claims domain.

Certifications Required PMP (Project Management Professional) ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 3/13/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $119K-$161K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
