Role: Technical Architect

Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S

Experience: 15+ Years

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Must have extensive experience in Amazon Connect and Genesys Development and Customization Experience
  • Should have domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Should have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Should have a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Should have a strong understanding of Contact Center architecture and best practices.
  • Must be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Should have experience in managing and optimizing Contact Center environments
