Job Summary

As an Onsite Tech Lead & Project Manager specializing in Claim Automation, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects and overseeing their planning, execution, and delivery. You will ensure the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions that streamline and automate the claims process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable and efficient architectures and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of deep learning and neural network architectures.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance claim automation solutions.
  • Architect and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud using services like Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
  • Develop and maintain serverless architectures for claim automation.
  • Work with Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL, specifically using AWS Neptune, to manage claim data.
  • Design and manage relational databases using RDS and PostgreSQL.
  • Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data processing.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of claim automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
  • Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud services, including Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically RDS and PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control.
  • Strong Linux skills.
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in AI and machine learning projects.
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/12/25

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000- $135,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
