Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kronos Workforce solutions and a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects driving technological advancements and optimizing workforce management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Kronos Workforce solutions to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the development and customization of Kronos WF Advance Scheduling to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Provide expertise in Kronos SSRS Reports to deliver informative analytics and reporting solutions.
- Implement Kronos Attestation Tool Kit to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage the integration of Kronos Workforce Int Manager for seamless data flow across systems.
- Optimize Kronos Workforce Timekeeper to improve time tracking and payroll accuracy.
- Utilize Kronos Workforce Forecasting to predict and plan workforce needs effectively.
- Enhance workforce management with Kronos Workforce Attendance to monitor and manage employee attendance.
- Implement Kronos Workforce Activities to track and analyze employee tasks and productivity.
- Manage Kronos Workforce Accruals to ensure accurate tracking of employee benefits and leave balances.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in workforce management practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Kronos Workforce solutions including Advance Scheduling SSRS Reports Attestation Tool Kit Workforce Int Manager Workforce Timekeeper Workforce Forecasting Workforce Attendance Workforce Activities and Workforce Accruals.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Certifications Required
Certified Kronos Workforce Solution Professional ITIL Foundation Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $120,500/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
