Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 9 to 13 years of experience in Mainframe, JCL, DB2, and COBOL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing technical projects, ensuring seamless execution, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work, with a day shift schedule.

Requirements:

* Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

* Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, and DB

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
