Responsibilities

• Develop and customize CAD CAE tools to enhance automotive design and analysis processes.
• Utilize Autocad to create detailed technical drawings and specifications for automotive components.
• Implement FMEA methodologies to identify and mitigate potential failure modes in automotive designs.
• Apply DFMA principles to optimize the manufacturability and assembly of automotive parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and analysis tools meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on CAD CAE customization and Autocad usage.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of design and analysis tools to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for CAD CAE customization.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design and analysis tools that meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD CAE tools and Autocad.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD CAE technology and automotive industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of design and analysis processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications

• - Must have strong experience in CAD CAE Customization Autocad PFMEA DFMEA and DFM..
• Should have a solid background in the Automotive Industry.
• Good to have experience in PLUTO tool (PLATO e1ns)
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
