See how at www.cognizant.com or @cognizant Job Title: Facets Product Consultant Location: Remote Job ID: SO# 00062535464 The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Networx - Facets Pricer Facets - Claims and Facets - Benefit Configuration. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation and configuration of Facets Pricer to ensure accurate pricing of claims. * Oversee the management and resolution of Facets Claims to maintain operational efficiency. * Provide expertise in Facets Benefit Configuration to optimize benefit setup and administration. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Facets modules. * Conduct thorough testing and validation of Facets configurations to ensure system reliability. * Develop and maintain documentation for Facets configurations and processes. * Train and mentor junior team members on Facets functionalities and best practices. * Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Facets modules to provide timely resolutions. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Facets-related activities. * Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and deliverables. * Provide regular updates and reports on project status to management. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance system performance. Qualifications: * Must have extensive experience with Networx * Facets Pricer Facets * Claims and Facets * Benefit Configuration. * Should have a strong understanding of the Payer domain. * Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. * Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Certifications Required: Certified Facets Professional or equivalent certification is required. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 3/18/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $99K-$134K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
