FileNet Lead Developer Job Summary Provide SME level support in responding to training type questions on FileNet and Fusion handle triaging providing L1 support identifying break fix etc. Provide active assistance to product owner org for prod support SME. Responsibilities Hands-on experience on IBM FileNet Tool v5.5.1 and Sword Fusion tool to upload retrieve documents to from FileNet) Currently ICN Tool is in use having knowledge of the tool is an add on Understanding the Fusion Lifecycles is an additional experience to deal with the upcoming major migration This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
