Cognizant is seeking a Senior Facet Product Consultant (Hybrid) to join our team. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

The Role: Fulltime with Cognizant
  • Role: Senior Facet Product Consultant (Hybrid).
  • Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid).
Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration and implementation of Facets
  • Benefit Configuration to ensure accurate benefit setup and maintenance.
  • Oversee the claims processing system using Facets
  • Claims to ensure timely and accurate claims adjudication.
  • Provide expertise in Networx
  • Facets Pricer to optimize pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Facets configurations and best practices.
  • Participate in system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve any system-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the system remains current and competitive.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance and project progress.
  • Ensure all configurations and processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Must have extensive experience in Facets
  • Benefit Configuration Facets
  • Claims and Networx
  • Facets Pricer.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have experience in the Payer domain (nice to have).
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in system documentation and reporting.
  • Should have experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have experience in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to work day shifts with no travel required.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000.00 - $117,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
