Key Responsibilities:

* Working with Tools Code 42 Insider Risk Detection, Purview Endpoint and Email DLP Varonis Unstructured Data classification One Trust Data classification and Data discovery.

* Managing and monitoring data loss prevention DLP using the Code 42, primarily responsible for detecting potential insider threats.

* Monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential threats related to sensitive data within an organization, focusing on identifying abnormal access patterns, excessive user permissions, and potential data breaches across various data stores using Varonis.

* Developing and implementing DLP policies within the Microsoft Purview compliance portal to detect and prevent sensitive information from being shared inappropriately in emails.

* Architecting, implementing comprehensive data protection strategies using Code 42, MS Purview, Varonis tool.

* Responsible for data security pertaining to identifying potential security vulnerabilities, necessary controls to protect data and determining effectiveness of existing controls. Collaborating and working stakeholders on issues reported during the installation of the DPP software and during the integration of the tools with other systems.

* Enhancing DLP policies and configurations to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy. Assist in solving problems with user permissions and access rights.

* Responding to and triaging alerts generated by DSPM tools Continuously monitoring systems and network for security incidents and assist in reviewing logs to identify and resolve complex issues.

* Analyzing and responding to potential data breaches Advocate users on understanding DLP policies, software feature and how it is applied.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Cyber Security Architect.

12 plus years of experience with Code 42 and Varonis.

10 years of experience with Purview.

8 plus years experience with One Trust.
