We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher. The role requires strong proven ability in IT Consulting and Analytics. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

• Own the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader solutions to ensure seamless data integration and management.
• Be responsible for the integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Provide expertise in Oracle File-Based Data Import to facilitate efficient data migration and transformation.
• Develop and maintain Oracle BI Publisher reports to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain efficient system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Oracle system development deployment and maintenance.

• Must have extensive experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully leading sophisticated Oracle system implementations.
• Must have strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
• Must be able to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $120,500/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
