Technical Lead - Sales Reporting & MDM

This is an on site position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to manage eight key applications, including RPM (Report and Performance Management), Broker Reporting Center, BRM, and Marketing Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in cloud migration, data quality, and master data management (MDM).

• Lead a team of ETL developers, mainframe developers, .NET developers, and testers.
• Ensure application stability and performance.
• Manage technical aspects using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Informatica MDM.
• Oversee the RPM Data Mart (2.5 terabytes).
• Handle cloud migration to AWS.
• Support data usage for dashboards and tools.
• Implement maintenance and support processes.
• Follow agile ceremonies and manage both run and grow activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in application management, cloud migration, and data reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Informatica MDM, and data quality management.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000- $135,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
