What's the role? The role of the Credit & Collections Admin is to contribute by developing, maintaining, and supporting local Credit department processes and in meeting the company's goals and performance expectations. This position identifies opportunities for process improvement and maintaining user documentation. Prompt handling of credit related processes and assisting in facilitation of process change.
