O'Maley College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach Campus invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Air Transport Management position. This is a full-time, non-tenure trackappointment. Required Education/Qualifications: The candidate is expected to possess a doctoral degree in Business Administration or a closely related degree from an accredited institution (e.g., AACSB). At least 10 years of professional experience in the aviation and aerospace industry is required, specifically in the field of airline management and airport operations. Knowledge and ability to teach Lean Six Sigma and Project Management is highly desirable. The candidate should have strong teaching skills and a commitment to students' success. Previous teaching experience is highly valued. The candidate is expected to teach four courses a semester at the undergraduate and graduate levels in various topics related to air transport management. Some college committee membership and service to the University are also expected.
