Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Technician in Tampawe're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply yourtechnical expertisein a new cutting-edgerail technology field. You'll report tothe Project PI Managerand work alongsidecollaborative, dedicated, and proactiveteammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our train systems.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance), carry out systematic tests on trains, and manage the timely delivery of performance metrics. You'll specifically take care of understanding customer acceptance criteria and ensuring compliance with test procedures, but also propose process improvements as necessary.

We'll look to you for:



  • Effective performance measurement related to Cost of Non-Quality and adherence to EHS standards.
  • Execution of systematic handovers from Manufacturing to Testing.
  • Timely management and documentation of test failures and repairs.
  • Collaborative work with Test Engineering Technicians and Industrial Quality teams.

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience or understanding of industrial activities related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of EHS requirements and high voltage safety.
  • Familiarity with IT tools and smart devices.
