JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Labor and Employee Relations Specialist (LERS) plays a key role in the goal to continue positive relations with all members of the University community across all locations. Reporting to the Manager, Labor and Employee Relations Division, the successful candidate will primarily serve as a point of contact for Human Resource Strategic Partners, managers, and employees on both employee relations and labor relations matters.
