JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Behrend is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our on campus Health and Wellness Center team, an organization responsible for the seamless operation of our patient care services. This critical role will engage in administrative and management responsibilities while actively supporting patient care and clinical operations. As a key member of the Behrend organization, the Clinic Manager will oversee electronic health record systems, supervise primary and advanced care practitioners, and participate in committee work as necessary. This position requires a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant healthcare experience, 3 of which need to be in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires the following clearances:
The successful individual will participate in support of residence life on-call rotation. This is an 91.7% full-time equivalency (FTE) job with the month of July off.
