JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State is currently seeking an Administrative Support Assistant - Senior Support to support the Development and Alumni Relations Team (DAR) in the Smeal College of Business. As a member of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, you can play an integral role in Penn State's future and contribute to one of the most successful fundraising and alumni relations operations in the country. The Administrative Assistant supports the general administrative functions of a wide variety of academic or administrative units; including greeting/referring/assisting visitors, customers, or staff; preparing documents and reports; compiling records; scheduling meetings; organizing and maintaining information; coordinating calendars; analyzing data including budgetary expenditures; and providing general office support.
This position requires an Associate's degree plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
