Location: Remote with Member facing - Dayton, OH area

8a-5p, NO OT expectations

Description:

Required to do field visits (member-facing)

Two different types of case loads (one working with over 60 waiver population; other will be working with the under 60 population)

Assessments face-to-face visits for maintaining safety welfare; audit their caseloads

Candidate Requirements
Education/Certification	Required: Associate's degree of Nursing	Preferred:
Licensure	Required: RN (OH) and compact will work	Preferred:
